Black cherry color with wonderful violet-colored froth. Classic, clean nose of blackberry, chocolate, minerals, and spice. This is a DRY Lambrusco that is still generous and not at all pinched or astringent. Exuberant but balanced flavors of mixed berries, smokey loam, and flowers, carried by a moderate level of very fine bubbles and lively acidity. The best Lambrusco I've ever tasted!
