100% Malbec (locally called "Cot"). Very purply deep ruby color. Lively nose of chalk, wild berries, prune plums, and black licorice. The palateis medium-bodied and features a soft midpalate but with a delightfully spunky acidity with white and black pepper flavors and a "pulpy" texture (the wine is unfiltered).
